How it all works?



Selling your home to the M25 Property Group, is very easy.

Step 1:
Contact us by phone or apply online. Provide us with details of your property.

Step 2:
We will come and visit you in your home and discuss an 'offer in principle' and advise you what other assistance we can offer.

Step 3:
If you agree to our 'offer ' we will then survey your home and confirm the offer in writing. The survey and offer are FREE of charge.

Step 4:
We buy your home quickly for cash. So there is no mortgage or delay. Clients can use their own solicitor or we can organise one for you. We will even pay your solicitors costs up to £500 on completion.

Step 5:
The completion date is set by you to fit in with your timetable. Clients can move as quickly as they want to.

Step 6:
If you want, you can Rent Back your house and stay on a tenant at an agreed rent for as long as you wish.

Step 7:
Many Clients will continue to rent their property back from us and may qualify for housing benefit to assist with the rental payments.
